Terms & Conditions

  • All Offers must be submitted in writing together with a mimimum of $2000 towards the deposit.
  • Balance of up to 10% of the Final Agreed Purchase Price is to be paid prior to the exchange of contracts.
  • Registered Buyers will be automatically advised of any change to an advertised closing date. (If Applicable)
  • The Vendor reserves the right to review offers recieved prior to expiry of an advertised closing date. (If Applicable)
  • The Vendor reserves the right to revise or modify any advertised closing date. (If Applicable)
  • The Vendor reserves the right to negotiate with any prospective purchaser on or before the expiry of an advertised closing date.
